Appointee Directory View:   Paul Longsworth -- Department of Energy Deputy Administrator for Defense Nuclear Non-proliferation (National Nuclear Security Administration), Department of Energy Most recently, Paul Longsworth served as Senior Policy Advisor to the Secretary of Energy for national security and the former Soviet Union. Prior to that, he was a member of the Presidential Transition Team for energy policy. From 1996 until 2001, Paul was a Professional Staff Member for the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services and between 1995 and 1996 he served as a Legislative Fellow for the United States Senate Committee on the Environment and Public Works.
