Previously, Robert Pate served as the Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division. He was also the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division since June of 2001. Prior to that, he practiced law at Hunton & Williams. Robert graduated from the University of North Carolina and earned his law degree from the University of Virginia.
