Appointee Directory View:   Anthony Lowe -- Federal Emergency Management Agency Federal Insurance Administrator at the Federal Emergency Management Agency Most recently, Anthony Lowe was the Senior Legislative Counsel for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition and Business Rights. Before joining the Subcommittee in 1997, he was a Deputy Prosecutor with the King County Prosecutor's Office in Seattle, Washington. In 1991, he was an Associate Director at the International Center for Economic Growth and International Center for Self-Governance programs of the Institute of Contemporary Studies.
