Most recently, Anthony Lowe was the Senior Legislative Counsel for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition and Business Rights. Before joining the Subcommittee in 1997, he was a Deputy Prosecutor with the King County Prosecutor's Office in Seattle, Washington. In 1991, he was an Associate Director at the International Center for Economic Growth and International Center for Self-Governance programs of the Institute of Contemporary Studies. From 1988 to 1990, Anthony was a Legislative Assistant to Senator Slade Gorton. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and the University of Santa Clara Law School.
