Prior to assuming his current position, Charles Rossotti was Chairman of the Board of American Management Systems, Inc., which he helped found in 1970. From 1965 to 1969, he held various positions in the Office of Systems Analysis within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, including Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense. Charles is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds a MBA from Harvard Business School.
