Inspector General of USAID

From 1994 to 2000, Everett Mosley was the Deputy Inspector General for USAID. Previously, he was an auditor/audit manager for more than 25 years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of Inspector General. He served as the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Audit with USDA/OIG from 1988 to 1994, and Regional Inspector General for Audit in two different regions for USDA between 1980 and 1988. Everett is a graduate of Grambling State.
