Appointee Directory View:   Eileen McGinnis -- Environmental Protection Agency Chief of Staff of the Environmental Protection Agency Most recently, Eileen McGinnis was Chief of Policy and Planning for then-New Jersey Governor Whitman. Before joining the Whitman administration in 1994 as Deputy Chief of Policy, she was Staff Director to the Grantmakers Income Security Task Force, a consortium of philanthropies active in tax policy and income security. Previously, she served at Mathematica Policy Research and as Director of Policy for the New Jersey Department of Human Services.
