Jay Lefkowitz -- White House
Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy

Most recently, Jay Lefkowitz was General Counsel of the Office of Management and Budget. Before joining the administration, he was a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland and Ellis, where he specialized in commercial and appellate litigation. He previously served in the White House under former President Bush as Director of Cabinet Affairs and Deputy Executive Secretary of the Domestic Policy Council. He was also a delegate to the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva. Jay earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Columbia University.
