Kenneth Juster was most recently a senior partner with the law firm of Arnold & Porter. During the George H.W. Bush Administration, he served as the Counselor of the U.S. State Department as well as the Deputy and Senior Advisor to Deputy Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger. In 1993, he was awarded the Secretary of State's Distinguished Service Award and Medal. Kenneth received his bachelor's degree, Master's degree in public policy and J.D. from Harvard University.
