Most recently, Charles James was a partner with Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in Washington, D.C. From 1991 to 1993, he served in the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department as Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Acting Assistant Attorney General. From 1979 to 1985, he held a variety of positions with the Federal Trade Commission. Charles is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Connecticut and received his law degree from George Washington University.
