Most recently, Asa Hutchinson was the Director of the Drug Enforcement Administration. Previously, he served as a member of the House of Representatives. He was elected in 1995 as a Republican from Arkansas. In addition, Asa practiced law in Arkansas for 21 years. During that time, he was appointed by President Ronald Reagan as U.S. Attorney for Western Arkansas. He is a graduate of Bob Jones University.
