Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs

From 1999 to 2001, Jack Howard was Deputy Chief of Staff to U.S. Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott. Previously, he was Deputy Chief of Staff to Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Dennis Hastert and Policy Director for Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Newt Gingrich. From 1989 to 1993, Jack was a Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College.
