Under Secretary for Memorial Affairs in the Department of Veterans Affairs

Prior to assuming her current position, Robin Higgins was the Executive Director of the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs. Under former President Bush, she was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Veterans' Employment and Training at the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is a twenty-year veteran of the Marine Corps, during which time she served as the Chief Spokesperson for the Commandant and head of the Public Affairs Division's media branch at Marine Corps headquarters. She is a graduate of State University of New York at Oneonta and received a Master's from Long Island University.
