U.S. Coordinator for International Communications & Information Policy

David Gross also serves as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Communications and Information Policy with the rank of ambassador. In 2000, he served as National Executive Director of Lawyers for Bush-Cheney. Previously, he was Washington Counsel for AirTouch Communications, a wireless telecommunications company. From 1979 until 1994, David was at the law firm of Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, where he became a partner specializing in communications and telecommunications issues. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received his law degree from Columbia University.
