Prior to joining the Administration, Larry Dye was a consultant with JAB and Associates. He has over 18 years of service in the federal government, much of that on Capitol Hill with members of both the U.S. House and U.S. Senate. During the first Bush Administration, he was the Director of the Office of Public Affairs at the Administration for Children and Families, Department of Health and Human Services. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Centre College of Kentucky, and was an Eagleton Fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, Rutgers University.
