Before assuming his current post, Earl Devaney served as Director of the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training. Earl spent 21 years in the U.S. Secret Service and served in a variety of positions, including Special Agent in Charge for the Office of Investigations in Washington, D.C. and Special Agent in Charge of the Fraud Division in Washington, D.C. Earl is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College.
