Previously, Doug Aller held several positions in government relations and public affairs with Philip Morris Inc. and its subsidiary, The Seven-Up Company. Prior to joining Philip Morris, he represented the Town of Exeter in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. During the George H. W. Bush Administration, he served at the Commerce Department, where he held the positions of Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary (Deputy Administrator) in the Economic Development Administration, and Director, Office of Export Trading Company Affairs, in the International Trade Administration. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and received a J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
