Chairman of the Board of Veterans' Appeals

Prior to assuming his current position, Eligah Clark was a senior judge of the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals in Washington, D.C. He served in the Marine Corps from 1968 until 1972, when he left active duty to teach French at Alcorn State University. He returned to active duty in 1974 and held a variety of positions before joining the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals in 1994. Eligah is a graduate of Stillman College. He received a Master of Science from Emporia State University and his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
