Washington, DC — Timothy K. Young has been promoted to serve as Deputy Administrator of E-Government and Information Technology (IT) for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

Under Administrator Karen Evans, Mr. Young has led in the planning and implementing the Federal Government’s electronic government priorities for over four years.
