The Council meets quarterly, during the fiscal year, to discuss acquisition issues, disagreements or concerns regarding the rules, and to review the status of the rules, Federal Acquisition Circulars, and the six FAR Teams – (1) Law, (2) Strategy, (3) Finance, (4) Implementation, (5) Technology, and (6) Small Business Team. For Information about proposed, interim, and final rules is available on www.regulations.gov. Interim and final rule changes appear in the FAR.
