Format for Tracking PART Recommendations

The attached spreadsheet provides the format for reporting on PART recommendations that is cited in Deputy Director Clay Johnson's memo to Heads of Department and Agencies of July 16, 2003. The first two sections are filled in with sample entries. Separate spreadsheets should be completed for each program which was reviewed with a PART.
