H.R. 2571 - A Bill to Authorize Major Medical Facility Leases for the

The Administration supports H.R. 2571, which would authorize appropriations for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical facilities construction projects and leases, consistent with the President's FY 1998 Budget and the recommendations of a July 1997 VA-sponsored, congressionally mandated report.
