Description: Initiated efforts to conduct research, development and testing of advanced unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technologies, including the design and integration of an avionics suite and flight demonstration of the system. If successful, this effort will provide the Navy with a much-improved shipboard landing capability for fixed wing unmanned aircraft.
