Q&A’s

What is the Best Way to Communicate with OIRA?

The best way to communicate with OIRA is by fax at (202) 395-6566 or by email at OIRA-submissions@omb.eop.gov. We are still experiencing delays in the regular mail, including first class and express mail. We do encourage and appreciate any thoughts or comments you may wish to convey to us regarding regulatory policy or other issues. In some cases, OIRA will set up e-mail accounts for you to use when commenting on specific issues – for example, our Draft Report to Congress on the Costs and Benefits of Federal Regulations. For general comment, however, the fax number or email address listed above is the best way to communicate your views to OIRA.
