OMB has a central
role in providing leadership in the development, oversight and coordination
of the Federal government's financial management, budget, regulatory, information
policy and technology, and procurement issues. While carrying out these
responsibilities OMB works with interagency or multi-agency groups or councils.
These groups often design web sites that provide the public information
