  • Credit Subsidy Calculator 2 (updated: January 13, 2009)
    The Credit Subsidy Calculator 2 (CSC2) builds upon the existing functions of the previous Credit Subsidy Calculator (CSC), and incorporates the reestimate and financing account interest functions of OMB's Consolidated Credit Tool (C-Credit) and Balances Approach Reestimate Calculator (BARC) spreadsheet tools.

  • Training and resource materials (updated: January 13, 2009)
    The training and resource materials include handouts and references from the June 2007 annual credit training, as well as resource documents on constructing credit subsidy cash flows and on methods for credit subsidy estimation, documentation and guidance on the spreadsheet reestimate tools provided by OMB before the release of the CSC2, and the interest calculator for projecting interest costs.
