Personnel Announcement
President George W. Bush today announced his intention to designate two individuals to serve in his Administration.
The President intends to designate John F. Mizroch, of the District of Columbia, to be Acting Assistant Secretary (Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy) at the Department of Energy.
The President intends to designate Kent D. Talbert, of Virginia, to be Acting Under Secretary of Education at the Department of Education.
