Today, President George W. Bush accorded the Personal Rank of Ambassador to one individual serving in his Administration.
The President accorded the Personal Rank of Ambassador to Lincoln P. Bloomfield, Jr., of Virginia, during his tenure and service as Special Envoy for Man-Portable Air Defense Systems.
