President Bush Signs Second Higher Education Extension Act of 2007
On Tuesday, July 31, 2007 the President signed into law:
S. 1868, the "Second Higher Education Extension Act of 2007," which extends programs authorized under the Higher Education Act of 1965 through October 31, 2007.
