President George W. Bush delivers his remarks at the groundbreaking ceremony Monday, Nov. 13, 2006, for the Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. President Bush said “The King Memorial will be a fitting tribute, powerful and hopeful and poetic, like the man it honors.”
