President Signs S. 3534, the "YouthBuild Transfer Act"

On Friday, September 22, 2006, the President signed into law:

S. 3534, the "YouthBuild Transfer Act," which transfers from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to the Department of Labor, the YouthBuild program, which supports education and training for disadvantaged youth in the construction of affordable housing.
