President Signs H.R. 4912, Rural Health Care Capital Access Act of 2006

On Monday, July 10, 2006, the President signed into law:

H.R. 4912, the "Rural Health Care Capital Access Act of 2006," which extends, through July 31, 2011, critical access hospitals' exemption from certain qualification requirements for Federal Housing Administration mortgage insurance.
