Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual and appoint nine individuals to serve in his Administration:

The President intends to nominate Paul A. Denett, of Virginia, to be Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy at the Office of Management and Budget. Mr. Denett is currently Vice President of Contracting Programs at ESI International. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President for Program Development and Government Affairs at Star Mountain Incorporated. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Administration, Director of the Office of Acquisition and Property Management, and Senior Procurement Executive at the Department of Interior. Mr. Denett has also served as the Director of the Office of Procurement and Senior Procurement Executive at the Department of the Treasury. He received his bachelor's degree from Nasson College and his master's degree from The George Washington University.

The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be Members of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, for the remainder of five-year terms expiring January 15, 2011: Debra Abrams, of Florida Rebbetzin Esther Jungreis, of New York Norma Lerner, of Ohio Marvin A.
