STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY

On Thursday, July 21, 2005, the President signed into law:

H.R. 1001, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located in Pflugerville, Texas, as the "Sergeant Byron W. Norwood Post Office Building."
