Anthony Jerome Jenkins, of the Virgin Islands, to be United States Attorney for the District of the Virgin Islands for the term of four years, vice James Allan Hurd, Jr., resigned.

Stephen Joseph Murphy, III, of Michigan, to be United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan for the term of four years, vice Jeffrey Gilbert Collins, resigned.
