Celebrities Support Tsunami Victims

American celebrities are using their fame andmoney to help tsunami victims in Southeast Asia.Actress Sandra Bullock donated $1 million to the American Red Cross for tsunami relief. Fourteen NBC-owned stationsand UNICEF arehosting a one-hour tsunami relief telethon on January 5.NBC Universal will also preempt an hour of prime-time programming on all NBC-owned stations on January 15 for another livetelethonwith celebrities and music. These are just a few of the ways that Americans are coming together to aid those affected by the tsunamis.
