Personnel Announcement
President George W. Bush today announced his intention to appoint ten individuals and designate two individuals to serve in his administration:
The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be Members of the President's Committee on the National Medal of Science, for three-year terms expiring December 31, 2007:
Bruce N. Ames of California
Randolph W. Bromery of Massachusetts
Winfred M. Phillips of Florida
Jean'ne Marie Shreeve of Idaho, and upon appointment re-designate Chairperson
The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be Members of the Helping to Enhance the Livelihood of People (HELP) Around the Globe Commission, for the life of the commission:
Carol Craigle Adelman of Virginia
Mary K. Bush of Maryland
Glenn Estess of Alabama
C. Boyden Gray of the District of Columbia, and upon appointment designate Chairman
Carla Hills of the District of Columbia
Walter H. Kansteiner of Virginia
