Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to appoint three individuals, designate one individual and accord one individual to serve in his administration:

The President intends to appoint the following individuals to be Members of the newly established Presidential Emergency Board No. 238:

Robert Oberndoerfer Harris of Maryland, and upon appointment designate Chairman

Donna McLean of the District of Columbia

Peter W. Tredick of California

The President intends to accord the Personal Rank of Ambassador to Lisa Guillermin Gable of Virginia, during her performance of duties as Commissioner General of the U.S. Exhibition at the Universal Exposition in Aichi, Japan, March 25-September 25, 2005.
