STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY

On Tuesday, August 17, 2004, the President signed into law:

H.R. 4842, the "United States-Morocco Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act", which implements the Free Trade Agreement that was signed by the United States and Morocco on June 15, 2004.
