Statement by the Press Secretary

On Tuesday, March 16, 2004, the President signed into law:

S. 2136, which extends the final report date and termination of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States; and authorizes the transfer of up to $1 million in additional funding for the Commission.
