Statement by the Press Secretary
On Tuesday, December 2, 2003, the President signed into law the following bills:
S. 254, which revises the boundary of the Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park in the State of Hawaii.
S. 867, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 710 Wicks Lane in Billings, Montana, as the Ronald Reagan Post Office Building.
S. 1718, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3710 West 73rd Terrace in Prairie Village, Kansas, as the Senator James B. Pearson Post Office.
H.R. 3182, the "Adoption Promotion Act of 2003," which reauthorizes the Adoption Incentives Program and establishes a new incentive payment to States for adoptions of older children.
