Statement by the Press Secretary

On Monday, November 10, 2003, the President signed into law:

H.R. 2691, the "Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2004" which provides FY 2004 appropriations for the Department of the Interior, various programs of the Department of Energy, the Forest Service (Department of Agriculture), the Indian Health Service (Department of Health and Human Services), and several smaller agencies.
