Statement by the Press Secretary

On Thursday, September 25, 2003, the President signed into law: H.R. 13, the "Museum and Library Services Act of 2003", which authorizes appropriations through fiscal year 2009 for the Institute of Museum and Library Services and modifies Federal programs that support museums and libraries.
