State Visit by President Macapagal-Arroyo of the Philippines

President Bush will welcome Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to the White House for a State Visit on May 19, 2003. The Philippines is a close friend and a stalwart ally in the war against terrorism. The President and the First Lady will host President Arroyo for a State Dinner later that evening.
