Statement by the Press Secretary

On Wednesday, May 29, 2002, the President signed into law:

H.R. 4592, which designates the chapel located in the national cemetery in Los Angeles, California, as the Bob Hope Veterans Chapel; and

H.R. 4608, which designates the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical and Regional Office Center in Wichita, Kansas, as the Robert J. Dole Department of Veterans Affairs Medical and Regional Office Center.
