Vice President Dick Cheney stands with Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett, second right, and the Oklahoma Congressional delegation Thursday, April 19, 2007, during a moment of silence on the South Lawn of the White House to commemorate the April 19, 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. The moment of silence was observed in front of a White Dogwood tree planted by former President Bill Clinton and Mrs. Hillary Clinton in honor of the 168 people who lost their lives in the tragedy.
