Commissioner of the Administration for Native Americans at the Department of Health & Human Services

Most recently, Quanah Stamps was the President of QCS International, which works to create business and employment opportunities in urban communities and provides strategic advice and technical assistant to Native American tribes. From 1994 to 1998, she was Assistant Administrator of the U.S Small Business Administration for Native American Affairs. From 1991 to 1994, she served in a variety of positions at the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Quanah earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree from George Mason University.
