Index and Description of the Office of Administration's Major Information and Record Locator Systems

ORACLE FINANCIALS
Provides an on-line financial management support service. Financial information includes: General Ledger & Financial Reports; Accounts Payable & Disbursements; Accounts Receivable & Collections; and Budget Execution & Funds Control.

AUTOMATED RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ARMS)
Serves as an internal storage for capturing electronic mail messages created and received by the offices and councils within the Executive Office of the President.

INVENTORY TRACKING SYSTEM
Tracks information technology hardware such as personal computers, mainframe components, printers and network equipment.

PROCUREMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR MANAGEMENT (PRISM)
Used to record and track requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts within the offices and councils within the Executive Office of the President.

DEFENSE CIVILIAN PERSONNEL DATA SYSTEM (DCPDS) AND DEFENSE CIVILIAN PAYROLL SYSTEM (DCPS)
Provide support for maintaining personnel and payroll data of staff assigned to the offices and councils within the Executive Office of the President.

COMMON SOFTWARE LOAD
Provides the offices and councils within the EOP with the core functions of an office automation solution to include: word processing, spreadsheet, database management, calendar, and Internet browser applications.

SECURITY TRACKING SYSTEM
Enables the EOP Security Office to maintain and update the status of background checks and security clearances related to EOP employees.

OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION'S PRIVACY ACT SYSTEMS OF RECORDS
Identifies OA's Privacy Act Systems of Records maintained on individuals and describes OA's procedures to assist individuals who request information about their records.

OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIONS'S RECORDS DISPOSITION SCHEDULES (RDS) APPROVED BY NARA
Identifies OA's records holdings; details how long records should be kept; if and when they should be transferred to less expensive off-site storage; and if and when the records should be transferred to NARA for permanent retention.
