Personnel Announcement
President George W. Bush today announced that he has named one individual to serve in his Administration.
The President has named William B. Wichterman to be Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Public Liaison. Mr. Wichterman recently served as Vice Chair of the Legislative Practice Group at Covington and Burling LLP. Prior to this, he served as a Policy Advisor to the Majority Leader of the United States Senate. He received his bachelor's degree from Houghton College and his master's degree from Catholic University of America.
