Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced that he has appointed Noel J. Francisco, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member of the District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure for a term of five years. Mr. Francisco is a Partner at the law firm of Jones Day in Washington, DC. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice. Earlier in his career, he served as Associate Counsel to the President at the White House. Mr. Francisco received his bachelor's degree and his JD from the University of Chicago.
