President Bush to Welcome United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to the White House

President Bush will meet with United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon at the White House on January 16. There are many important issues on which the United Nations is deeply engaged, ranging from U.N. reform and protection and promotion of human rights to the preservation of international peace and security and the provision of humanitarian and development assistance. The President looks forward to discussing these and other topics of mutual concern with Secretary-General Ban.
